Fort Mill, SC - Sharonview Federal Credit Union announces the addition of Tim Janvrin as Vice President of Real Estate Lending. Throughout his 15 years of experience, he has learned the ins and outs of the financial real estate industry.

His proven record of building successful, goal-oriented teams ensures the delivery of desired outcomes by aligning people and resources,” states Herb White, Chief Lending Officer at Sharonview Federal Credit Union. “Tim’s extensive experience in real estate lending and team leadership will assist in the execution of Sharonview processes, while creating a collaborative internal atmosphere.”
Previously, Janvrin was Director of Mortgage Servicing for Pulte Homes where he lead Customer Care and Escrow teams, in addition to his roles as Director of Loan Servicing, Mortgage Operations Manager and Lending Systems Manager. “I’m pleased to become a part of the leadership team at Sharonview team and look forward to continuing to combine my passion for real estate and team management,” states Janvrin.
As Sharonview aims to meet its goals for Real Estate origination, underwriting, servicing and growth, Janvrin will be responsible for implementing the strategies. He will oversee day-to-day real estate activities, lead and coach direct staff, manage the real estate loan portfolio, and execute any necessary changes to help real estate lending employees meet business objectives.
