Herb White Named Chief Lending Officer of Sharonview Federal Credit Union

Fort Mill, SC - Sharonview Federal Credit Union is excited to announce Herb White as its Chief Lending Officer. With experience in every aspect of lending, White brings extensive knowledge to Sharonview Federal Credit Union’s lending services.

“From consumer to mortgage lending, Sharonview offers a range of options to our members and it’s important for us to have a CLO that can drive those services while expanding what we offer,” says President/CEO Bill Partin. “Herb not only has experience with traditional lines of lending, but he brings experience with business lending, indirect lending and loan participations. With the addition of Herb, we are excited to see how lending continues to grow at Sharonview.”

As CLO, White works with Partin and the Board of Directors to implement strategies to execute business plans for mortgage and consumer lending, loan servicing, payments/card services and loss mitigation while meeting asset quality objectives. Additionally, he provides strategic leadership that impacts overall operations at Sharonview Federal Credit Union.

Prior to joining the Sharonview team, White served as the top lending executive at Hudson Valley Federal Credit Union in New York. From 2010 to 2015, he served as the CLO and Chief Credit Officer at Public Service Credit Union and previously was the VP of Business Services for a de novo financial services company.

“Over the years, Sharonview has placed an emphasis on quality lending and I am looking forward to combining my previous experience with Sharonview’s services to offer a memorable lending experience for members,” adds White.

White began his tenure with Sharonview on February 1, 2017.
