Sharonview Federal Credit Union, one of the
nation’s top 200 credit unions, announces the promotion of Rosalyn Hudson to Vice
President, Member Service Operations.
“Rosalyn has proven to be an invaluable member of the Sharonview team,” states Ricky
Otey, Chief Operating Officer at Sharonview Federal Credit Union. “With more than 16
years of experience at the company, she has demonstrated effective leadership and
excellence in streamlining business processes within all roles she’s held.”
Since beginning her run at Sharonview Federal Credit Union in January 2002, Hudson
has worked in various roles and expanded her knowledge and expertise in the industry
and company alike. She worked initially as the Carmel Branch Manager before
transitioning to Assistant Vice President, Member Service Operations in 2014.
“I am extremely grateful for the career I’ve had at Sharonview to date. As my role
expands, I look forward to continually adding to my portfolio,” adds Hudson. A few of her
key wins include developing the Member Service Operations Team, introducing TCRs
(Teller Cash Recyclers) into the branches, and reducing deposit losses.
In her new role, Hudson will be responsible for debit card services, mail payment
processing, mobile and ATM deposit processing, and scanning/deposit and account
document management. Additionally, she will be in charge of IRA (Individual Retirement
Account) death claims, deposit operations, deposit account quality control, branch
security, and branch operations support.
