Advantage 3/3 ARM Details
This ARM can be used for owner-occupied, single-family residence houses or townhouses and for first or second homes.
- Interest rate is locked for 3 years, then adjusts only once every 3 years thereafter
- Finance up to 80% of home's value (LTV)
- Low closing costs
- Adjustments cap at 2% per period and 6% for the life of the loan
Rates are dependent upon member credit score. Rate may increase after the initial fixed rate period. All offers subject to credit approval, and require minimum 6 months of principal, interest, taxes and insurance reserves, a maximum Loan-To-Value ratio of 80%, and maximum debt-to-income ratio of 45%.
