• Complete this Direct Deposit Change Form and send it to any company that's automatically depositing your paycheck, pension or Social Security check into your existing checking account.
• Complete the Automatic Payments Change Form and send it to any company that's automatically withdrawing payments from your existing checking account.

3. Close Your Old Account

Close Accounts Form

• Once direct deposit is activated on your Sharonview account, and all checks have cleared, then you can close out your old account.
