Melody has been with Sharonview since 2012, but has worked in mortgages since 1984. After stepping away from the working world to raise her family, Melody got her real estate license in 2007 and transitioned back into mortgages in 2012. She is a wife and mother and has moved homes a number of times, which has allowed her to personally understand the challenges of the mortgage process.

Stephen has 18 years of Mortgage experience, both in Massachusetts, and now in NC. Helping people in financing their dream home is what drives him. Stephen’s experience enables him to make the process as seamless as possible. In addition to Mortgages, Stephen enjoys spending time with his wife and 4 children, along with watching and playing sports!

Eddie brings 15 years of mortgage experience and knows how to guide members through the process to help them achieve their mortgage goals. He has excellent knowledge of the mortgage purchase and refinance products offered at Sharonview. Eddie is fluent in Spanish and English and is able to assist our Spanish speaking members. When not at work, Eddie enjoys spending free time with his wife, daughter and miniature Maltipoo “Cora “.

Kendell has over 20 years of mortgage experience, both in Texas and NC. Jonathan entered the mortgage industry in 2000, and has experienced several roles in mortgage banking from Mortgage loan officer to Area manager. Originally from Charlotte North Carolina, he moved to the Lowcountry of South Carolina in 2010. He has experience from first time homebuyers to jumbo loans and complex financial scenarios. Jonathan looks forward to working with you and earning the position of your mortgage loan officer for life!

Rosie Baum is a native of Florence SC and has been a Mortgage Loan Officer for 25 years. She is passionate about helping members and will take a personal approach to help make your homeownership dreams come true. Rosie is active in her local church and community. She loves college football and spending time at the beach.

Sandy has been in the mortgage industry over 25 years, spending the last 15 years as a successful mortgage loan officer. His previous experience in the industry was spent as a residential & commercial real estate broker/realtor as well as a new homebuilder/developer. After graduating from USC with a masters degree in finance, Sandy returned to the Greenville area where he raised 3 successful young men, whom he is very proud of. He is also the “bonus dad” to 2 wonderful daughters. Sandy enjoys biking the Swamp Rabbit Trail, attending plays & shows at the Peace Center and vacationing with his fiancé, Ally.

With more than 20-years of specialized mortgage and real estate experience, Stephen has a proven track record and practical skills to help you with all of your mortgage needs to purchase, refinance, consolidate debt, make home improvements, restructure your finances, or get access to the equity in your home. After serving 6-years in the U.S. Air Force, Stephen settled in the Greenville, SC area and is an active member of the community as a Paul Harris Fellow of Rotary International, a member of the Upstate Mortgage Lenders Association, an associate member of the Greater Greenville Association of Realtors. He volunteers his time with Meals-on-Wheels and Hands on Greenville, and thoroughly enjoys hiking, biking, training, camping, traveling, and photography.
