Sharonview Federal Credit Union, one of the
nation’s top 200 credit unions, announces the promotion of Shaundra Warren to Vice
President, Loss Mitigation, following her role as Assistant Vice President, Loss
Mitigation.
“Within her time at Sharonview, Shaundra has brought her vast industry experience to
the table,” states Herb White, Chief Lending Officer at Sharonview Federal Credit
Union. “She has truly become an instrumental member of our team through effective
leadership and business excellence.”
Warren has over 20 years of experience in debt recovery management, and her
extensive experience is an asset to Sharonview in helping the company continually
improve overall asset quality. A few of her key wins include reducing charge offs and
loan delinquency, streamlining the loan charge off process, and improving the post
charge off collections process.
“I’m thrilled to take on more responsibility within the Loss Mitigation team as we
continue to grow and strive for success. Debt recovery management has been a great
passion of mine throughout my career, and I look forward to exceeding expectations as
we continue serving our members,” adds Warren.
In her new role, Warren’s responsibilities include loan collections, financial counseling,
and asset recovery management, including Real Estate Owned, repossessions,
foreclosures, bankruptcies and post charge recovery.
