Blaine D. Lahrs has been promoted to Chief Digital & Innovation Officer, reporting to me. He will continue to serve as a member of the Executive Leadership Team. In Blaine’s expanded role, he will now be responsible for Information Technology in addition to Business Intelligence, Product Development, Digital Experience, Third-Party Vendor Management and the Project Management Office.
Blaine joined Sharonview in May 2014 as Contact Center Manager and has since served as Assistant Vice President of Member Experience, Vice President of Member Experience and most recently as Senior Vice President of Digital & Innovation. In his time at Sharonview, Blaine has developed many significant initiatives that have given the organization access to critical data that had never before been available. Blaine has recently partnered with the Information Technology team for “IT Sprints” that have produced cost savings for the organization while driving forward innovation and process improvements.
Blaine received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Sociology from Winthrop University and is currently enrolled at Louisiana State University-Shreveport earning a Master of Business Administration Degree. Community involvement is important to Blaine, and he serves as Chair Elect of Adult Enrichment Centers of York County and on the Board of Institutional Research at Winthrop University. He is dedicated to mentoring emerging leaders, helping them find their passions and hone their skillsets.
