Shaundra Warren has been promoted to the Executive Leadership Team. She will continue to serve as our Senior Vice President of Risk Mitigation and will report to Steven Shaffner. In her expanded role, Shaundra will continue to oversee the Loss Mitigation and Risk Management teams and will provide executive guidance on decisions affecting Sharonview’s strategic vision.
Shaundra joined Sharonview in December 2016 as our Assistant Vice President of Loss Mitigation. She was promoted to Vice President of Loss Mitigation in July 2018 and Senior Vice President of Risk Mitigation in December 2020. In her time at Sharonview, Shaundra has made remarkable strides in our loan collections, asset recovery and financial wellness programs. Under Shaundra’s leadership, Sharonview’s Asset Quality has made vast improvements earning 100% of our VPP goal for multiple years running.
A native of Buffalo, New York, Shaundra now lives in Waxhaw, North Carolina. She is enrolled at Wingate University earning her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Liberal Studies.
